'Ere we go !! Epic Armageddon.

Kevin Adams and Paul Bonner are the pioneers  in the Space Orks design. Until early 90's a lot of their miniatures and drawings appeared in White Dwarf and  supplements for Rogue Trader. They're not the only artists who have worked on Orks but they' re the most prolific. Theirs works are complementary  and testify of an era where Orks have a less "Gorilla" aspect like today. My future Orks projects theirs ‘re dedicated.
 
I started to play to Space Marine in early 90’s and 6mm Orks are my first painted army. I probably played only 10 battles but every struggles were « The battle » a real event for the children who we were. I remember, we played with my partner in his garage… Cold but Very good memories.

A recent event let me replunge in 6mm range, and I decided the rebuild an Ork Horde in the Epic current system. Bad moonz and Evil Sunz are my favorits clans, I chosen to use round bases to obtain a « band effect » for boyz. I keep my current paint style : Black undercoat,  base coats, wash of Devlan Mud and two highlights. I take time to make nice bases and banners (Decals for smaller and drawings for Stompas/Gargants banners).
